Prior to launching Brightly, Andy served as Founder & CEO of Purple Carrot, the first and only 100% plant-based meal kit company, launched in the fall of 2014. He scaled the business into a nationwide leading brand in the plant-based space before selling the company in 2019 and serving as CEO until 2022.
Andy earned his MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University and his undergraduate degree from Emory University. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and their four children.
